Week two of the Sutton Junior Legion baseball season began on a high as the Sutton club rolled past the Geneva Juniors 13-1 in seven innings Friday night, but by the end of the weekend, a pair of games over the weekend would see the Sutton Juniors stubbed their toes in a 12-2 loss to Shelton-Gibbon Saturday, while dropping a 12-5 decision to Albion Sunday afternoon.
Coming off the tough 10 run loss to Geneva just two nights prior, Stone would man the hill for Sutton during Sunday afternoon’s clash with Albion, a team that had already owned a 1-0 win over Sutton in the season opener for Sutton May 27.
