Harvard's Novak Leads Hastings High to State Bowling

The coach of the Hastings High School girls bowling team had been asking Harvard High School sophomore Mikayla Novak since she was in the sixth grade to come bowl with the team. Last year, she decided to accept the invitation and this year helped lead the Tigers to a State tournament appearance this past weekend in Lincoln.

It didn’t take long for the Harvard girls basketball team to establish dominance over McCool Junction during opening round action of the D1-2 Sub-District tournament, played at York High School Monday night.
Led by senior Shane Keasling’s runner up finish in the 138 pound class, the Harvard Cardinals’ wrestling team earned three medals for their work at the Adams Central Invitational, held Friday evening.
