The Sandy Creek boys improved to 9-4 on the season with a last second three point win over the Blue Hill Bobcats last Thursday, followed by a six point win in Southern Nebraska Conference play over Thayer Central.

Harvard senior Shane Keasling notched his 100th career win during action in the Twin Valley Conference wrestling meet, held Thursday at Blue Hill.

A pair of tough Twin Valley Conference games faced the Harvard girls basketball team this past week as Blue Hill and Deshler both would earn wins over the Lady Cardinals, dropping Harvard to 6-9 on the season.

Defensive pressure according to Harvard boys coach Scott Dangler proved to lead to the downfall of the Cardinals in their Friday night Twin Valley Conference clash at Deshler.
