Week 6 Football Preview

Just three weeks left in the regular season, and all three county teams are still playing for something. Sutton attempts to continue its undefeated season tonight against ranked Doniphan-Trumbull, while Harvard and Sandy Creek (both 2-3) try to win out to secure a playoff spot.

McCool Spoils Harvard’s Homecoming

In front of a large and lively crowd on Friday night, the Harvard Cardinals played their first home game of the season as the school also kicked off a new Homecoming tradition, but it was the Mustangs of McCool Junction that played the role of the ungrateful guests, spoiling the football portion of the night with a 57-26 win.
