Before last week and this past weekend, my sight seeing within Nebraska had been pretty limited.
Sitting at the desk Saturday morning, waiting patiently for the official state football playoff pairings to be released by the Nebraska School Activities Association, started a thought process that I’m sure a large number of Clay County folks had as well.
All this talk about ghost hunting and paranormal investigations (see the story on the Synergy team from Harvard and the story on Kris Sedersten’s third supernatural-themed book) has me thinking about the time that I (maybe) saw a ghost firsthand.
This week begins the final push towards the end of the Fall Sports season at the High School level anyway.
In continuation of last week’s column, I can add ripping a phone book in half, crushing a full pop can between my hands and lifting a burning tree trunk over my head to the list of things I can’t do.
