Whether you’re chasing a personal best or just out for a memorable morning with family and friends, there’s never been a better time for runners of all ages and abilities to “Showcase Your Fair Face” than at the 11th Annual Nebraska State Fair Marathon. On Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025, runners and racers of all stripes will gather at Fonner Park to kick off the Nebraska State Fair with stride, and a celebration of all things Nebraska.
This year’s race lineup offering: Marathon (Boston Qualifier); Half-Marathon; Relay Marathon; 5K; 1-Mile Kid Run; Push Rim Wheelchair Race; and Handcycle Race.
All events start and finish at the Nebraska State Fair, with the fast and flat course racers have come to love—perfect for both first-timers and seasoned competitors.
