Despite the blazing heat of Saturday, kids and adults alike came out for the annual Triple F Festival in Fairfield, starting with a“Through the Ages” parade and ending with a band. At the right, members of the Fairfield Boy Scouts lead the parade with the colors Saturday morning. Below left: Bounce houses were set up for kids to enjoy—some included water features, while others stayed dry. Below right: Decked out in 60s attire, Ava Bennett, granddaughter of Bruce and Michele Soucie looks out to the crowd as the float she’s on drives down Main Street during the parade.
