The Sutton Fillies, winners of the D1-2 Sub-District and D1-7 District Final will take their talents to Lincoln starting this Thursday for the 2026 Class D-1 State Tournament. Sutton will play Amherst for a 10:45 a.m. tip at Pinnacle Bank Arena against the Broncos. Sutton has a 20-7 record, with Amherst coming into the game owning a 19-6 record, and winners of the D1-9 Sub-District and the D1-5 District Final.
