Snow showers fall in much of Clay County Sunday — Much of Clay County saw a dusting of large snowflakes Sunday as a strong cold front moved through the state Sunday and Monday, following near 70-degree temperatures on Saturday, March 14. Little accumulation resulted, but the front brought powerful winds with gusts exceeding 60 mph.
