The highly intense and action packed sport of bull riding took center stage Wednesday, July 8 during the opening day of the 2026 Clay County Fair in Clay Center. Above, one of the riders in the extreme bull riding event jumps out of the gate on top of a bull and prepares for a tough ride during the competition.
