District 38 Senator John Kuehn first introduced Legislative Bill 720 in early January. The bill is intended to protect people’s rights of privacy from unmanned aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems. This bill would include unmanned aircraft systems, such as drones, which fly within the grey area of laws and restrictions.
