Brodstone Memorial taking over Edgar Clinic

Brodstone Memorial taking over Edgar Clinic

After 20 years, the Edgar Medical Clinic will be seeing some changes.
With the current U.S. economy and ever-changing healthcare, Mary Lanning has chosen to opt out of being the main service provider in Edgar, and handing the reins over to Brodstone Memorial Hospital in Superior, on July 1.
Patients who’ve frequented the clinic over the years will still be able to obtain the same services and same practitioners as in the past.
Patients of the Edgar Medical Clinic will notice a small change in hours of service. New hours, effective July 1, will be Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1-4 p.m.
Heidi Bergen also will be seeing patients at the Nelson Family Medical Center on Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m.

Stay tuned to the May 24 issue of the Clay County News for additional details of the changeover.
