Sutton CTE program awarded second department of ed grant

For the second straight year, Sutton Public Schools’ Career and Technical Education program has been awarded with a reVISION action grant from the Nebraska Department of Education to help grow the program, now in its sixth year at SPS.

The program earned a $49,498 shot in the arm for the 2017-18 school year. This year, according to secondary principal Brandy Thompson, the program was awarded a $49.934 grant to help pathway programs headed up by Steve Ramer and Nancy Schlautman.
