Clay County feels strong artic blast last week

Snow blows over DLD Road east of Saronville Thursday, Nov. 8. Clay County was placed in a Winter Weather Advisory Nov. 8, which brought temperatures of 29 degrees, two inches of snow, and freezing wind gusts up to 23 mph. Friday, Nov. 8, had an average temperature of 18 degrees and wind gusts up to 44 mph, causing the snow that had fallen Thursday to blow over roads.
