Clay County Weed Superintendent Bruce Rumsey recently attended the 72nd annual Nebraska Weed Control Conference at the Lied Lodge and Conference Center in Nebraska City, Feb. 11-13, where he earned a Superintendent Years of Service Certificate for 15 years.
