Below- freezing streak coming to an end for county, area

Several icicles dangle from a gutter on the side of a building. Freezing temperatures have kept ice, as well as bitter cold wind chills and snow in the area. The below-freezing temperature streak for Clay County and surrounding areas is expected to end Saturday, as temperatures reach 39 degrees.
