Sutton’s Julia George looks to drive the lane during the Fillies’ 46-32 win over Fullerton in the first round of the Grand Island Central Catholic holiday tournament on Friday, Dec. 27. George had 11 points in the win. Looking on in the play is Kylie Baumert (20) and Laekyn Collins. Baumert led the Fillies scoring surge with 16 points. The Fillies were set to take on GICC this past Monday night in the title game of the tournament. See game results next week.
