Nebraska’s weather rapidly changed from cold days to heat waves, reaching in the upper 90s this past week.
Beginning on Wednesday, May 23, temperatures were recorded reaching 88 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Hastings. Humidity levels reached 87, with the lowest recorded at 39.
