She attended Hastings Senior High School and later went to Southeast Community College in Beatrice to pursue her nursing degree. She had various jobs over her lifetime and her final 20+ working years were spent as a nurse in geriatrics. Jane was diagnosed with COPD and has struggled with that for over 12 years along with a short battle with cancer. Jane spent her life surrounded by her children and grandchildren; they were her world. She attended many grandkid activities over the years and was sad when they were all grown up. She loved to fish with her son and grandsons and loved to watch football of any kind, especially Husker football. She was a history buff and you could find her in the “old” library checking out all kinds of books, especially civil war ear. She also enjoyed family history and looking on the internet to fill in the family tree. She was a loving mother, grammy, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She will be deeply missed by all. We love you! Survivors: daughter and son-in-law: Stacey and Rick Godtel. Son: Gregory Repp, Jr. Sister: Francine Minehart of Greensboro, NC. Brother and sister-in-law: Tom and Carol Sorensen of OR.
