2 Clay Co. District Court cases ongoing, 1 under appeal

The Clay County District Court cases of Austin A. Petr, suspected in a cattle theft case, and Donetta M. Phipps of Colorado, who is charged with three felonies, are both still ongoing, while the case of Eugene T. Cosey, who has been charged with the Delivery of a Controlled Substance, has produced a sentence, but Cosey has filed an appeal after being found guilty in early July.
