Thea loved to garden, do yardwork and mow, even if it really didn’t need it! Thea was a kind and loving lady; she would greet you with a smile and a baked goody!
Thea loved sporting events, especially watching football and volleyball. She enjoyed embroidery, quilting and plastic canvas crafts. She made a quilt for each of her children and grandchildren. She had taken several things to the Clay County Fair and received 1st and 2nd place prizes. One year she took six different kinds of cookies and won 1st place on five of them!
Thea loved her family. She couldn’t hear very well but still enjoyed watching them play games and enjoying themselves.
