A two-car accident resulted in four people being transfered to Mary Lanning Healthcare for treatment, Clay County Sergent Dustin Cullen said.
The out-of-state driver was heading south on Highway 14 and drove through the stop sign, colliding with an east bound vehicle around 2:15 p.m.,
