Sutton junior Xytlaly (Kaly) Bautista had a strong day at the Thayer Central Invite, winning two individual medals and helping the Fillies’ 4x100-meter relay team place second in Hebron Thursday, April 1. Bautista was also fourth in both the 100-meter dash, shown here, and in the long jump with a 15’ 5.75” leap as Sutton placed third as a team. TORY DUNCAN | CLAY COUNTY NEWS
