CCN ILLUSTRATION | CLAY COUNTY NEWS A petition drive to stop the sale of ground located just east of the DLD Ball Complex, and south of Van Kirk Bros. Contracting was deemed invalid by the City of Sutton’s new law firm, Svehla Law Offices, during a special meeting and public hearing held Monday night, Dec. 20.
