Baldwin pushes own discus record to 172-5 at SNC meet

Sutton junior Nathan Baldwin, with this throw, increased the Sutton school record in the discus from 163’ 11” set at the state track meet in 2021 with a throw of 172’ 5” during the Southern Nebraska Conference meet in Fairbury, Tuesday, May 5. Not only did Baldwin win the discus, he also added the shot put title at the SNC meet to his credit with a 54-foot effort to gain 20 of the Mustangs’ 21 team points. TORY DUNCAN | CLAY COUNTY NEWS
