Clarence Marion Baldridge, 78, entered into rest Oct. 12, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Lincoln. Clarence was born Nov. 16, 1938, in Belleville, KS, to Irma (Moe) and Earl Baldridge. He grew up on a farm south of Belleville and helped with farming and the family egg hatchery. Clarence graduated from Belleville High School in 1956. He then started his own combining business, Custom Harvesting. Survivors include his wife, Katherine Baldridge of Ashland; children, Robert Baldridge, Lincoln; Lorita Zohn (Rodney) of Norway, KS; Ron Baldridge (Ann) of Clay Center; Lea Little of Iverness, IL; Rae Stanley (Scott) of Lincoln; Vicki Vest of Ashland; George Jarrett of Scranton, AR and Lisa Miller (Nick) of Ashland; and sister, Ruth Meyer (Mick) of Lincolnville, KS, 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Clarence’s passion was the trucking industry.
