Mustangs rush for 462 yards against Yutan; Cardinals gain 524 total yards against Spalding Academy
Harvard, for the second time this season, hosted Spalding Academy Shamrocks and with the repeat, the Cardinals sailed to a win, 64-28.
The two teams opened the football season Aug. 30 with an almost identical Harvard win, 62-26.
The first half was dominated by the Cardinals, with the first quarter alone recording six Harvard touchdowns and one Shamrock pass to the end zone.
A pass from Noah Okraska to Ben Okraska kicked off the evening at the 9:20 mark. Just 15 seconds later, David Reazola would find Noah in the end zone for another touchdown, with the Cards leading 16-0.
Reazola and Noah lead their teammates in passing, as Reazola completed 10 of 13 for 164 yards, while Noah completed two of five for 25 yards.
Spalding Academy wouldn’t respond with a score of their own until the 2:23 mark of the first quarter with a pass TD.
